Porous metal materials are the core of stainless steel filters. The demands of industries such as semiconductors, aerospace, and fine chemicals for "high temperature, high pressure, and high corrosion" of filter elements require us to make more breakthroughs in material research and development, process innovation, and scene adaptation.
The finished product of our stainless steel powder after sintering has a porosity of 30% to 60%, ensuring high-throughput filtration while having a compressive strength of ≥20MPa and a flexural strength of ≥30MPa. It can withstand a high-pressure impact of 50MPa without deformation. For highly corrosive working conditions, we add alloying elements such as molybdenum and titanium to the stainless steel powder to enhance the material's inherent corrosion resistance. After undergoing plasma spraying surface treatment, a dense anti-corrosion coating is formed, enabling the stainless steel filter to adapt to corrosive media with an acid and alkali concentration of ≤30%, and extending its service life by 2 to 3 times. This successfully solves the corrosion problem of chlorine and sulfur-containing media filtration in the chemical industry.

In the sintering process, Relite selects high-temperature or low-temperature resistant materials such as 310S and Inconel alloy to produce high-temperature resistant or stable models of products. These products can operate stably for a long time within the temperature range of -200 ℃ to 500℃. After continuous operation at 500℃ for 10,000 hours, the filtration accuracy decline does not exceed 5%. There is no risk of brittle cracking in the ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen filtration at -196 ℃. It is applicable to high-temperature flue gas filtration in the steel industry and ultra-low temperature hydraulic oil filtration in the aerospace field.
